GENEX DairySuite User Management

Administrators and managers can add users with the following roles:

1. Log into PULSE Platform and select GENEX > Users from the menu bar.
   

2. Click + Add New User.
   
   
3. Enter the user's email address.
4. Select the user's Role and Manager.
5. Click Invite User.

   An email invitation is sent to the user, which they must accept for access.

1. Log into PULSE Platform and select GENEX > Users from the menu bar.

2. View the Dairies tab and find the dairy that needs one or more users assigned.
3. Click Assign in that dairy's row.
4. Select the user(s) to add.
5. Click Save.

   An email invitation is sent to the user, which they must accept for access.

1. Log into PULSE Platform and select GENEX > Users from the menu bar.
   

2. Click Edit Assigned Dairies.
3. Click the user(s) to add, or click the X to remove the user(s):
   
4. Click Save.

1. Log into PULSE Platform and select GENEX > Users from the menu bar.

2. Click Remove User.
3. Click Yes to accept the confirmation message.

All genetic consultants and managers have read-only access to their assigned dairies' data. They cannot modify or edit animal data, including parentage details, in any way.
