Use Tasks & Worklists in the Mobile App

When you open the Tasks feature in the mobile app, it displays all available worklists, with progress bars to show the current status across all of them:

You can tap the green Refresh Lists button to refresh the list with updates that other users may have processed from other devices:

Scroll up or down to locate a list and tap to open it. Each list type has a unique icon:

Vet List

Hospital List

When you open a list, the animals in it display by pen number:

IMPORTANT: If you do not see a specific worklist in the mobile app, review the information in Generate Worklists to ensure that you are generating the list and, if necessary, sending it to the PULSE Platform.

If you do not see the Tasks button at the bottom of your screen, tap the Back arrow at the top left of the page until you return to one of the main feature screens. From there, you'll find the feature buttons at the bottom of the screen:

Proceed to Find or Add Animals in Worklists to begin using your worklist.
