Edit Dairy Settings
Permissions Required to Use this Feature
Only users who are assigned to a Role with Profile Management permissions can use this feature. See Edit User Permissions and Manage Roles for more information.
Use the Dairy Settings page to edit your dairy information, address, and discoverability.
You can find this feature under the Dairy menu, or you can use the shortcut on the right side of your dairy home page:
See the following definitions for each dairy setting. All required fields are marked by an asterisk (*):

Dairy Info Tab: Use the Settings tab to edit dairy information like the dairy name, dairy type, or dairy description. |

Address Tab: Switch to the Address tab to edit the dairy address, phone number, email, or website:
NOTE: Your dairy's phone number and email address, as well as its herdcode(s), are only visible to users who are connected to your dairy.

Dairy Name: The name of the dairy. |

Dairy Type: The dairy type. Select Milk Producer, Calf Ranch, or Heifer Grower from the drop-down list. |

Description: A description of the dairy. |

Add Image: Click Add Image to select the image that will appear on your VAS PULSE Platform dairy home page, or you can drag-and-drop the image into the window. |

Resizing Slider: Drag the slider to the left or right to resize the image. |

Timezone: The dairy's time zone. |

Is Discoverable: Select whether you want your dairy to be visible or not visible to other users. If you want to prevent users from requesting access, hide your dairy. NOTE: When you hide your dairy, the only way new users can join is for you to invite them (see Invite a User to your Dairy or Company for instructions). Click Save to apply your changes.
