Grande Cheese Company provides milk plant data for participating dairy producers. The VAS PULSE PlatformDairy Dashboard widgets display delivery details and bacteria data for up to 28 days, including the following details:

  • Amount of milk delivered
  • Milk composition details, including fat and protein percentages
  • Milk testing results, including somatic cell count (SCCClosed Somatic cell count), coliform count, lab pasteurized count (LPC), and standard plate count (SPC) data
