Alerts

NOTE: For the Partners tab to display heat and health data and generate alerts, your dairy must first configure DairyComp and activate the integration. See Activate Integration to learn more.

Animal alerts are generated based on sensor data pulled from the partner system and sent to DairyComp 305 and the PULSE Platform every hour. To view animals with alerts, check the Dashboard Widget and click the animal's Cow Number to view more information on the CowCard Heat Detection and Health and Management widgets on the Partners tab:

The partner system sends the following heat alerts to DairyComp and the PULSE Platform:

  • Heat detected date and time
  • Suspicious heat detected date and time

Heat alerts are marked on the CowCard graph in red or yellow, and hovering over the marking provides additional detail: 

The partner system sends the following health alerts to DairyComp and the PULSE Platform:

  • Eating, when total eating time is too low
  • Inactive, when total time spent not eating or ruminating is too high
  • Lying, when the total time spent lying down is too high

Health alerts are marked on the CowCard graph as a red bar, and hovering over the bar provides additional detail:
